Im not generally a complainer but the service from Evander was poor and I want to warn others. My key broke in the lock and I phoned at 3pm and was told a man would be there within 1.5 hours. At 4.30, 5pm, 5.30pm my phone calls brought the response that the mobile locksmith was on his way and would call me shortly. He never called. At 6pm I went around to my friends house, borrowed a pair of strong nail clippers and got the broken key out myself. Perhaps the Evander man could have suggested this so as to avoid my spending over 3 hours waiting in the cold??? On their website, Evander say their men can usually come within an hour. NOT in my experience.....
